Services & Pricing

What we treat, and how we do it

Every service is delivered one-on-one, by a qualified physio, for a full 45 minutes. Transparent pricing, no hidden extras — exactly what you need to know before you book.

01 — Sports Injury

Sports Injury Rehabilitation

Whether you've rolled an ankle on a trail run, pulled a hamstring in the gym, or been dealing with a niggling knee that won't settle, our approach is the same: a thorough assessment first, then a honest conversation about what's actually going on and what the evidence says about getting it right.

We don't pad out treatment plans. If you need six sessions, we'll tell you six. If your injury will resolve in three, we won't see you a fourth time without good reason.

  • Muscle strains and ligament sprains (all grades)
  • Tendinopathy — Achilles, patella, rotator cuff
  • Runner's knee, IT band syndrome, shin splints
  • Ankle, knee, and shoulder instability
  • Return-to-sport programming after injury
R650 initial · R550 follow-up — 45 min each

02 — Post-Operative

Post-Operative Rehabilitation

Pieter du Toit leads our post-operative rehab work, with a particular focus on shoulder and knee reconstruction — the two joints where the gap between a good surgical outcome and a great functional recovery is most often filled by careful, staged physiotherapy.

We work closely with referring orthopaedic surgeons in Green Point, follow their post-op protocols precisely, and give you the full picture at every stage — not just the exercises, but the reasoning behind them. You should understand your own recovery.

  • ACL reconstruction and knee ligament repair
  • Total and partial knee replacement
  • Rotator cuff repair and shoulder reconstruction
  • Shoulder replacement and SLAP repair
  • Meniscus repair and cartilage procedures
R650 initial · R550 follow-up — 45 min each

03 — Chronic Pain

Chronic Pain Management

Chronic pain is genuinely complex — and anyone who tells you otherwise is selling something. Our approach is grounded in current pain science: understanding that persistent pain involves your nervous system as much as your tissues, and that a treatment plan needs to reflect that.

We'll be direct about what physiotherapy can and can't do, and when it makes sense to involve other clinicians. You won't be kept on a treadmill of sessions that aren't moving the needle.

  • Chronic lower back and neck pain
  • Persistent joint pain (hip, knee, shoulder)
  • Pain science education and graded exposure
  • Fibromyalgia and central sensitisation
  • Occupational and postural pain syndromes
R650 initial · R550 follow-up — 45 min each
